Meet Heather – Experienced Property Specialist & Certified Home Inspector

 With over a decade of hands-on experience managing a 55-acre private estate in the heart of King Township, Heather brings an exceptional level of expertise to every home inspection she performs. Over the years, she singlehandedly handled all aspects of estate management — from general maintenance and construction oversight to landscaping, pool care, and the upkeep of two residences on the property.

Her ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues made the transition into home inspection a natural one. Heather is a graduate of the highly respected Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection and a student member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). She adheres to a strict code of ethics and follows all current industry standards.

Committed to continuous learning, Heather is always expanding her knowledge and services to better meet her clients’ needs. She currently offers residential home inspections across Central Ontario  — and no location is too far.
