A little about me...

Hi, I’m Heather — the person behind Heather’s Home Inspections. I started this business because I enjoy helping people feel more confident about one of the biggest decisions they’ll make: buying a home. 

A home inspection shouldn’t feel intimidating or overly technical, so I focus on explaining things in a clear, practical way that actually makes sense.

I spent over a decade as a property manager before jumping head first into home inspections.  I’m trained and certified through the Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection.

My goal is to give you honest information without the pressure, so you know exactly what you're dealing with.

Whether you're a first-time buyer or have owned several homes, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions. I believe a good inspection is not just about the house — it's about making sure you feel informed and confident moving forward.
