Our home base is in Cookstown, Ontario. Our service area includes Simcoe Country ( Alliston, Bradford, Innisfil), as well at northern GTA (Newmarket, Aurora, King, Schomberg). We are always willing to travel outside our service area!

Yes, we encourage our clients to attend the inspection so they can see firsthand any issues or concerns the inspector may uncover. This can also be a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the property.

Every house is different, but an inspection should take about two and a half to three hours. 

While every situation is different, the starting cost for a home inspection is $350 + HST

Yes! We understand that there will be a lot of information thrown your way during an inspection. We don't expect you to remember it all. We provide a detailed report within 24 hours of the inspection.

While not mandatory, a home inspection is a great tool to help you make an informed decision when buying a home. We inspect all essential components installed in a home, and record deficiencies (if there are any). It can help avoid any costly repairs that you would otherwise not know about. In a nutshell, it gives you peace of mind. Buying a home is a huge financial investment, and it makes sense to protect that investment with a home inspection.

A great home inspector should remain unbiased. It is not our job to tell you whether or not you buy the home. We give you the tools you need to make that decision yourself.
