Home Inspection Services by Heather's Home Inspections

Hi, I’m Heather! I started Heather's Home Inspections because I love helping people feel confident about the home buying process. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and I want you to approach it feeling sure, not stressed.

Home inspections can feel intimidating, but they don’t have to be. I keep my explanations clear and practical, ensuring everything makes sense to you.

Before starting this business, I spent over a decade as a property manager, which gave me a deep understanding of homes from the inside out. This experience naturally led me to the field of home inspections, and I trained and got certified through the Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection.

I'm also a Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) National Certificate Holder. I follow strict industry standards and am committed to continuing education.

My goal at Heather's Home Inspections is simple: to provide you with honest information without any pressure, so you know exactly what you’re dealing with.

Whether you’re buying your first home or your fifth, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions. At the end of the day, a thorough inspection isn’t just about the house; it’s about ensuring you have the home buying confidence to move forward informed and ready.
